  • Competence in the identification, analysis and optimization of key educational processes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to identify, evaluate and manage risks in educational organizations, ensuring the continuity and quality of the educational service.
  • Ability to collect, analyze and interpret relevant data for making informed decisions in the management of educational quality.
Previous skills/knowledge:
  • Basic knowledge of quality management systems.

Teaching requirements: Trainer work-experience in the area of quality management systems in the educational sector and to have demonstrable knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 21001:2018.
