Previous skills/knowledge:
- Demonstrable knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or quality management systems.
- Professional experience, in quality management systems.
Authorized Partners:
Teaching requirements: Trainer to have teaching experience in QMS min 2 years, demonstrable knowledge of ISO9001, professional experience in QMS as teacher or auditor. Shall include theoretical and practical approach.
Objectives to achieve:
- Acquire the knowledge on how to apply fundamental concepts of sustained success
- To understand the general structure of ISO 9004:2018 standard
- To acquire the knowledge on how to perform a self-assessment of the model of sustained success.
