Business Administrator with nearly 20 years of experience in several areas, passionate about Strategic Planning, KPI Management, Knowledge Management and Business Processes.
I started my career working in the export area and expanded my experience working in different sectors, such as Administrative Management, Process Management, Marketing, International Relations, Sales and Quality Management.
I had the opportunity to participate in several fairs and events in Brazil, USA and Europe; I had work recognized by GS1 Brasil in the traceability of perishable products; developed brand identity and packaging for products; established key performance monitoring indicators and implemented a Customer Service department using CRM and Service Desk tools.
I reinforced my knowledge in Lean, SixSigma, Theory of Constraints (TOC), OKR and Design Thinking in order to apply these methodologies in the continuous improvement of processes and deployment of organizational strategy.
In my professional journey I learned to work in a leadership position, implementing concepts of change management, conflict management, oratory, presentations, data-based decision making and the implementation of productivity tools.
Despite having worked in other areas, I have extensive knowledge in agribusiness, having worked in the areas of fruit growing, livestock, representative body of the category and machinery industry focused on the sector.
