

SA8000 Internal Auditor
Description:
- To evaluate the definition and effective implementation of a Social Responsibility management system complying with the requirements of SA8000
- To follow the instructions of the internal lead auditor and support him (if integrated in an internal audit team)
- To be able to calculate Basic Needs Wage and Living Wage
- To be able to conduct stakeholders’ consultation
- To be able to conduct employees (non-management) interviews
- To be able to perform and review Social Fingerprint Self-Assessment
- To collect and analyse enough evidence (e.g., through site visit, employee individual and group interviews, management interviews, photo reporting, observation and sampling of documentation) to determine the audit findings and define the audit conclusions
- To document the internal audit findings
- To collaborate in drafting the internal audit report
- To interchange information with the rest of the members of the internal audit team and with the auditee personnel.
Previous skills/knowledge: Professional experience, including related to QMS/EMS (or other international standard based) management systems (recommended).

SR10 Social Responsibility Management System Requirements
Description: Acquire the necessary knowledge to:
- Understand the importance and principles of Social Responsibility.
- Understand and address the requirements of SR 10:2024 focused on sustainable development.
- Be able to assume responsibilities in the design, implementation, operation, monitoring and improvement of social responsibility management systems according to the requirements of SR 10 Specification.
- Understand the implications of each of the components of a social responsibility management system according to the requirements of SR 10.
- Understand the relationship between SR 10:2024 and ISO 26000, contribution to UN SDGs as well as synergies with other sustainability related schemes (e.g., FSSC 24000, PAS 24000, SA8000, SMETA, etc.) and reporting initiatives (e.g. GRI, ESG-related).
- Conduct an SR 10:2024 gap analysis or self-assessment.
- Conduct stakeholders’ need analysis and interviews.
Previous skills/knowledge: No technical requirements apply.

Teaching requirements: - Trainer to be an SR 10:2024 Lead Auditor / Trainer recognized by IQNet Ltd. - The course shall include both theoretical and practical approach.
Objectives to achieve:
- Assist participants from all types of organizations that focus on sustainability and seek to implement socially responsible practices to their operations and ensure systematic compliance and performance over time.
- Understand the model and requirements of SR 10:2024 specification and scheme, focused on sustainable development.
- Promote SR 10 on the market, as a tool for the integration of social sustainability in an organization’s strategy and management and support ESG and sustainability reporting and/or disclosure (e.g., amongst MS consultants and/or sustainability driven organizations).
- Increase the awareness and competence of IQNet Ltd Licensed Partners’ own personnel.

SR10:2024 Lead Auditor
Description: Competences detailed in IQNet SR10 Internal auditor MTS 020, plus
- To participate in the selection of the audit team
- To prepare of the audit plan
- To represent of the audit team before the customer
- To give instructions to the audit team
- To inform of any relevant obstacle identify during the audit process
- To be responsible of all the audit steps
- To present the audit report
- To follow up and close the audit process
Previous skills/knowledge:
- Qualified as a Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor by an IQNet Ltd SR 10 Licensed Partner (or an IQNET Association Partner intending to sign up the SR 10 Agreement).
- Preferably qualified in at least two of the environmental, social (including health and safety) and/or governance disciplines, for internationally recognized third-party certification schemes such as: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SA8000, FSSC 24000, PAS 24000, EFQM or other management systems related to environmental management, legal issues, operational health and safety issues or social accountability or have experience demonstrating competence on assessment, evaluation, appraisal of organizations, including environment, occupational health and safety, labour, governance, excellence, either in terms of management systems or technical inspections or verifications.

- Demonstrable knowledge of ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery management systems requirements
- Demonstrable evidence of participation in ISO 37001 audits (>1 audit recommended)
- Professional experience, including in anti-bribery management systems (recommended).

Description:
- To follow the instructions of the lead auditor and support him
- To collect and analyze enough evidences (e.g. through interview, observation and sampling of documentation) to determine the audit findings and define the audit conclusions
- To audit the effective implementation of anti-bribery specific operations and tools (such as bribery risk assessment, due diligence, financial and non-financial controls and anti-bribery compliance function)
- To document the audit findings
- To collaborate in drafting the audit report
- To interchange information with the rest of the members of the audit team and with the auditee personnel.
Previous skills/knowledge:
- Demonstrable knowledge of ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery management systems requirements
