SR10:2024 Internal Auditor
Description:
- To evaluate the design and effective implementation of a Social Responsibility Management System (SRMS) complying with the requirements of SR 10 Specification and focused on sustainable development.
- To follow the instructions of the lead auditor and support the audit team.
- To be able to conduct internal/external stakeholders’ interviews.
- To be able to conduct employees’ (non-management) interviews.
- To collect and analyse sufficient evidence (e.g. through interview, observation and sampling of documentation) to determine the audit findings and define the audit conclusions.
- To document the audit findings.
- To collaborate in drafting the audit report.
- To interchange information with the rest of the members of the audit team and with the auditee personnel.
Previous skills/knowledge:
- Familiar with SR 10:2024 requirements.
- Professional experience, related to environmental, social (including health and safety) and/or governance disciplines (recommended).
- Familiar with other internationally recognized standards/schemes such as: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SA8000, FSSC 24000, PAS 24000, EFQM or other related to environmental management, health and safety, governance, compliance, social responsibility and/or sustainability (recommended).

- Trainer to be an SR 10:2024 Lead Auditor / Trainer recognized by IQNet Ltd - Course to be developed in classroom - Interactive course, with case studies/practical exercises
Objectives to achieve: To get the necessary knowledge and skills to:
- Be qualifiable as SR 10 Social Responsibility Management Systems (SRMS) internal auditor (additional requirements from qualifying entity may apply).
- Understand the model and requirements of SR 10:2024 specification and scheme, focused on sustainable development.
- Understand the principles of the internal audit.
- Be able to assume responsibilities in any activity of the internal auditing process;
- Understand the functions and competences that any auditor shall have to carry out first, second party, and certification audits.
- Be able to apply auditing guidelines to SR 10 internal audits.
