Development and description of processes (activity of the unit within the framework of the quality management system);
Design of automated systems, including, if necessary, according to the standards governing the processes of the life cycle of software tools;
Preparation of documentation of various levels from technological instructions to technical requirements for software products (TRD), using the practices of the "old school" and modern development recommendations;
Training of specialists in product areas on writing documents.
